Dr Fiona Little (Inner West and South West Periodontics)

Fiona completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Sydney,  IMG_4896 (2)and worked in private practice for 4 years before moving to Broken Hill to work with the Royal Flying Doctor Service.  Fiona returned to Sydney in 1993,  first to private practice and then to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital to work with medically compromised patients.  She was admitted to Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in 1999 following which she undertook specialist training in Periodontics at the University of Melbourne, gaining the degree of Doctor of Clinical Dentistry.

In 2006 Fiona returned to Sydney to work as a periodontist and established Inner West Periodontics in Liechhardt in 2009 and South West Periodontics in Campbelltown in 2012.

In addition to clinical practice,  Fiona is past President of the Australian Society of Periodontology (NSW branch) and is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Periodontology,  Australasian Osseointegration Society and International Team for Implantology.  Fiona enjoys teaching and has taught Bachelor of Dentistry,  Doctor of Dental Medicine and Bachelor of Oral Hygiene students.  She has also presented lectures on periodontics and dental implants both locally and interstate.  In the spare time there is left she enjoys spending time with her family,  running, swimming and playing violin.
